The location in a very accessible area was excellent and absolutely perfect and there were a shopping street and convenience stores nearby. Everything was perfect and within 22 minutes' drive of Changi airport. Got comfortable modern a twin room on lower floors when arrived, greatly enjoyed that.

I enjoy the free internet access. It is good for business as well as searching for information.

I have no comments as I stayed only for a night.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to a MRT station which was useful with a young family.

The breakfast could have been more child friendly in terms of food selection -- young children.

Room cleanliness is good. Breakfast is quite nice.

Gym equipments are too basic.

The rooftop pool's views were a highlight for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the spacious family room made our stay comfortable with convenient access to nearby MRT stations.

Deluxe room with 2 bottles of complimentary water and high speed WiFi and 1 king bed accommodated us perfectly. Excellent service was provided here. Moreover, we parked the car on site.

The breakfast was savoury and perfect, the pool area was good. The location was stunning, near to restaurant row on Prinsep Street as well as the Bencoolen MRT station and bus stops.

Rooftop pool was great for kids.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating we arrived late at night and they arranged for a cot for our baby to be delivered to the room immediately on our arrival. Location was close to the mrt so getting around was easy even with a double buggy. Good range of food on the breakfast buffet and we were not charged for the little one 3 years who admittedly ate very little but we have been charged in other hotels.

The service of housekeeping is very poor...

Couldn't recommend more for taking strolls

Comfortable bed, modern facilities, with a splendid rooftop pool that provided a relaxing space after a day of exploring the nearby attractions like Fort Canning Park, and the location, just a short 5-minute walk from the MRT station, made getting around convenient.

Good value for money, close to mrt Station, shops& food courts. Nice pool on roof terrace, with smalll gym and sauna. Good breakfast. Small but nice and clean room with comfortable bed.

Good location, close proximity to MRT and shopping. Staff friendly and helpful and room size excellent and cleanliness was excellent.

Needed access to business centre, however staff did advise there was internet cafe's just up road from hotel which I used.

I stayed at 30 bencoolen for 8 nights and loved it! The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the balcony-a rare treat in a city hotel. The comfy bed and firm pillows made for excellent sleep. The location is perfect, right by 2 mrt stations and a 7/11 nearby!

We did not like it much and were disappointed. Lavatory did not function properly... Sink was blocked - no cold water (!). Room was older. Price/Value is not in balance - there are better deals in Singapore.
